The 2021/22 fundraising challenge has been decided and its a cracker! This year we will be out in nature in New Zealand looking to complete a half marathon in the beautiful Hawkes Bay region.

We will be doing the run in aid of GiveDirectly, who are a fantastic charity that transfers cash to households in developing countries via mobile phone-linked payment services. They target extremely low-income households and people affected by humanitarian crisis. Based on research from a wonderful organisation named GiveWell, they identified GiveDirectly as one of the most effective charities, in terms of the impact on saving or improving lives per dollar donated.
